What is included in the fixed price?
The fixed price of €119.95 incl. VAT includes the standard connection of a washing machine or dishwasher – including labor, small parts, and travel in Amsterdam or Diemen.

Are extra hoses or fittings included?
No. Standard seals and tape are included, but longer or special hoses and adapters must be purchased separately (depending on the model).

Yes. You choose a time slot (e.g., 8:00–9:30 AM ). We usually start around 8:00 AM and finish by 9:30 AM at the latest. Depending on traffic or scheduling, the technician may sometimes arrive 10–15 minutes earlier or later .

What should I prepare?
Make sure the appliance is in the correct location, with clear access to the tap, drain, and power supply. For built-in models, please remove the front panels first. Please send 2-3 photos or a short video of the situation.
